Priyen Raja is the CEO of Accelerated Capital Investments a commercial real estate company. He specializes in re-positioning commercial and multi-family properties. He is responsible for the overall leadership of operations including sourcing and managing of new acquisitions and investment opportunities. Having successfully started and run several companies since 1998, Priyen is a seasoned entrepreneur with a passion for making a difference. As a young businessman, Priyen started his own Real Estate Investment Company. He has been investing and managing real estate since 2000 and has owned residential, office and retail units. Priyen has a remarkable drive and dedication to seek out the most lucrative markets.

In the last few years Priyen has evolved into Real Estate Development. He has overseen the purchase of land, acquiring the financing, negotiating with builders and overseen the construction process from beginning to end. He has been involved in over 50 real estate transactions and has experience in market research and property management. Prior to Real Estate, Priyen began his career using his Finance background in an advisory capacity for high net worth individuals, selling securities, business development and investor relations. His investors were provided a highly skilled service that carefully constructed a strategic plan to maximize return on their investment.

In his early twenties, he seized the opportunity to be a part of a start up Wellness Consulting business and worked his way to becoming the CEO. Priyen went on to expand and build the company to 8 additional locations. He was responsible for identifying commercial property sites and managed the build outs for the new locations. His wellness centers have been featured in national publications and have been awarded for Excellence in the Wellness industry 15 times. Priyen has mentored, coached and been an advisor to numerous businesses and CEO’s, guiding them to expand and increase overall performance and success. Priyen has also presented and spoken about Leadership, Sales, & Mastering Entrepreneurship.

His natural instinct backed with years of experience and commitment adds to his strategic ability to respond quickly to opportunities while maximizing returns on investments. He has a wealth of experience in a broad range of disciplines including: finance, investment management, capital raising, portfolio management, commodities, strategic planning, leadership, sales, training, and organizational structuring. Priyen has been personally mentored by top industry leaders and he holds a B.A in Mathematics for Commerce from York University.
