We leverage our knowledge through the sourcing, due diligence, execution, and exit process to maximize operating cash flow and unlock potential value for our investors.

We Have a Conservative Approach to Investing

Investment opportunities should, first and foremost, have a justifiable return on investment. We typically incorporate a three to five year holding period and target high, single digit cap rates with an expected IRR in the mid teens. For projects that survive our initial due diligence, we review underwriting assumptions, key legal documents and third party reports. A select few are presented to our investors.

Our asset management division is responsible for tracking asset performance and investment returns across the entire portfolio of multifamily real estate investments. Our team comprises of professionals with a broad range of experience in ensuring that all properties are operating at their fullest potential.Our asset management services include, but are not limited to:

  • Policy and stakeholder liaison
  • Timely investment reporting to investors
  • Continually reviewing the financial performance of each investment and recommending changes to ensure they are on track
